Personalised products are made especially for you and are therefore non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

All of our products are hand-pressed/hand-made in our studio.
Our printing creation process provides quality print offering vibrant colours and quality standards using the best sublimation ink, machines, transfer paper and professional softwares so the graphic wont fade.

If  item is damaged in transit we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement to you .
– We are not responsible for errors on product personalisation inputs;
– Photo evidence will be required for refunds purposes and must be done within 4 hours of receiving your products ;
– Refunds will not be issued due to misread product description.
